Returns Policy

At Simply Healthy Pets, we work hard to provide you and your pets with 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused portion of the product back within 60 days of your order and receive a full refund. We will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product minus your shipping and handling charges.

To send an item back, simply follow these steps:

Step 1:
Please email us at returns@simplyhealthypets.com. We'll authorize the return for any reason within 30 days, but please let us know why you're dissatisfied so we can continue to improve our products and service. Please also include your full name, address and phone number in the email.

** Please note: Do not return the product before receiving a reply email from us authorizing the return. If our returns department does not get notification from us to expect your package, it will be refused and mailed back to you.

We recommend using a trackable method of mailing as we can not be responsible for items that our warehouse does not receive.

Items that are older than 60 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.
